Apple provides beta testing through TestFligh service, below steps are required to download beta version.

Join beta channel
Join beta community
You will get mail from Apple, open the given link in safari
You will be prompted to install TestFlight app
Now you will be to see the beta version of the Authenticator Plus in Testflight app
